Summary: RECOVERjoy has prepared a party for you! Isn't that exciting?

The entire park is lit up with paper lanterns in shades of orange and yellow; there are even some floating serenely in the fountain. Music filters through the air, the style and tempo changing often. The robots you should by now be used to are moving about the area keeping the refreshments table stocked and cleaning up any messes that might appear. This is a party, after all.

As for those points, well, you're sure to get some if you earn them yourself. Don't worry, RECOVERjoy has provided a few ways for you to start collecting.

[oh geez why would he suddenly shriek like that

That's just startling! Tomoko wasn't standing directly near him, but she was close enough to jump at the shriek and then freeze, her own poking through the bags coming to a stop to openly stare at him instead. She's half expecting something awful to happen now, to be honest. Why else would someone scream?!]

[ After a small delay, he comes to register that he is in fact still in public. His eyes dart to and fro-- and then he spots Tomoko. Oh.

Mikado's sorry. He really is. ]

S-Sorry.. about that..

[ He's just as shocked as Tomoko (albeit for reasons of his own, he's still shocked). After some of the stuff he pulled out, that reaction seemed completely necessary. ]

[She stares for a few seconds longer, then peers in the direction he threw the bag.]

Um... It's fine. Are you okay...? What was in there that made you do that?

[ousawagi]

[ A hand subconsciously retreats to the back of his neck-- which is, given the circumstances, incredibly red and sweaty. ]

Well, uh--

What's in yours..?

[ Tell him he's not the only one with weapons and (maybe) explosives in his bag. Tell him he's not crazy for ever thinking that the bag might jump and murder him. Just don't tell him that he was being unreasonable, because assorted blades inside a bag without a warning are reason enough to scream as far as he's concerned. ]

Uhhh. [What is in her bag?

That's a good question. It is full of guns. Let's take a look! Tomoko searches through it after a long, very long moment of hesitation. She's not sure she wants to stick her hand in one of these after some guy had to throw his away, but...] There's... um... there's some rings and a kazoo. Some candy and... huh? What's this?

[She pulls a suspicious vial of liquid out of the bag and holds it up, checking it out until she finds a label on one side.]

Oh. It says fiddleback... spider... ven...

[Tomoko doesn't finish that. Instead, she pales and drops the vial immediately, jumping back from the vial as if it had snapped at her somehow.]

[ So she has the colorless liquid, too-- but her's has a label. He doesn't need to hear her finish off the word 'venom' blanch with her. He can rest assured that his bag isn't the only one riddled with.. well, things that shouldn't be there. And if Tomoko's bag has the poison, then it'll have the knives, too. Good thing he warned her (sort of), right..? ]

Uh.. that.. sorry.

[ His hand is rubbing the back of his neck again. ]

I found some other things in there, and I-- [ Gulp. ] --was.. kinda irked, is all..

[It's a good thing she didn't keep digging after that. If there were knives in her bag, she likely would have ended up cutting herself. It's just not something anyone should expect in a bag of little toys and gifts!]

I-it's... it's okay. [She can't really blame him for poison being in there.] Did you find things like that, too? No wonder you screamed.
